Comprehensive Land Use Map

The Comprehensive Land Use Map is a significant document in the planning for the City, it represents how the City's leadership expects developed land to be used in the future, but also how vacant land will be developed in the future.  The area shown on the map includes lands both within the City and Wakefield Township.  So it is important to understand that the map dictates that if land is annexed, the general type of land use to which it will be zoned.  For further explanation of how this document is utilized, or for questions or comments on specific parcels, please contact the City Administrator.
