Minnesota Design Team Visit

The Minnesota Design Team is a group of volunteer architects, landscape architects, urban designers, planner and other experts that helps communities throughout Minnesota develop a shared vision for improving their physical and environmental design.

In June of 2004, the Minnesota Design Team spent a weekend studying the Cold Spring community, and developed a set of recommendations on how to improve the community.  For the first time ever, this visit was conducted as the community visioning component of the Initiative Foundation's Healthy Community Partnership program.  There were 22 illustrations that the Minnesota Design Team developed, presented and left for the city.  These are conceptual suggestions only, but they are available for your viewing here (listed in the order that they were presented).
