Water/Sewer Bill Payments
You can now pay your water bill with a check, savings, credit card or debit card by going online, by mobile app or by calling by phone. These payment options are provided through Payment Service Network, Inc. (PSN).
Pay Online
The first time you will register; after that, payments are three easy steps. You can pay immediately, schedule a payment or set-up auto pay for the amount of your bill. (Auto-pays must be set up online.) More features: print receipts, view past payments, see status of payments, stop auto-pay and more.
Pay By Mobile App
Download "PSN Payments" from the App Store® or Google Play™. If you register online first, use those login credentials.
Pay by Phone
Call toll free 1-877-885-7968. Make sure to have your bill handy to provide your customer account number. On your first call, you will register; after that, phone payments are four quick steps.
*Note for electronic payments through PSN convenience fees apply: $1.10 for check and savings account payments; 3.00% (plus 50¢ if amount is less than $100) for credit and debit cards.
Pay by Mail or in Person
Send a check to City of Cold Spring 27 Red River Ave South, Cold Spring MN 56320, or pay in person Monday-Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Or drop payment of check or money order in the drop box located outside glass doors in front of City Hall.
Pay by Automatic Withdrawal
Sign up for automatic withdrawal by completing a form along with a voided check or deposit slip. Payments will be debited once for each billing period; occuring on the last day of the month in which that particular bill was issued. There is no cost for automatic withdrawal.
