Historical Society Memberships Available

If you’re interested in preserving the history of the Cold Spring area, you’ll be excited to learn that the Cold Spring Area Historical Society has been an established nonprofit historical society since 2007. 

The Cold Spring Area Historical Society was started by a group of local individuals and organizations interested in preserving area artifacts and historical documents.  The organization has been incorporated and has received a non-profit status from the IRS.  The organization has both a physical and virtual museum.

The CSAHS is currently accepting memberships.  There are five different levels of membership ranging from individual memberships at $15.00 to bedrock memberships at $500.00.  A senior citizens age 65 and older can receive a discount of $5.00 on any level of membership.  All paid members have voting rights, the opportunity to serve as a member of the Board of Trustees or on a CSAHS committee, and unlimited admission to both the physical and virtual museums, and a subscription to the members email newsletter.  Contributions are solicited and will assist in preserving area artifacts, historical documents, and support educational programs and will assist maintain and expand the collection and exhibits at the Cold Spring Area Museum located at 411 Main Street, Cold Spring, MN.  You can call the museum at 320-248-5044 or find them at Cold Spring Area Historical Society on Facebook
