Billing & Payment Options

The City of Cold Spring is pleased to offer various methods for paying water/sewer bills including, online, mobile app, phone, automatic withdrawl, by mail and in person. 

The City can accept payments by automatic debit for all of its utility accounts at no cost.  In order to sign up for automatic withdrawal payments the attached form is required to be completed and returned to City Hall along with a voided check or deposit slip.

Payments shall be debited once for each billing period; occurring in the week prior to the end of the month in which that particular bill was issued.  By virtue of enrollment in the program, the customer agrees that they shall satisfy any account in the event that there are insufficient funds to successfully process an automatic debit.  If there are repeated instances of insufficient funds to process an automatic debit payment, City staff shall have the authority to refuse the service to that party. 

If at any time you decide to discontinue the direct payment withdrawal for your utility account, you simply are required to complete the request to discontinue form and return it to City Hall.
